Melissa Iaria is a REO (Real Estate Owned) Property and foreclosure specialist, experienced in the Palm Beach and Broward Counties working directly with Banks, Asset Managers and Property Preservation Companies and acquiring properties for a variety of investment companies. Her familial background in the building industry and having owned a successful property management and turnover service company for many years has given her the skills necessary to manage all types of properties.

Melissa Iaria has received a Business Degree from Barouch (New York), Interior Design and Architecture Degree from AI  (Dallas, Texas) , and is a licensed Realtor in South Florida. The Regional Board of Realtors recognizes her as a "Top 10" Rental Agent her first 2 years in Real Estate.
